Chocolate and peanut butter go together like copy & paste!. This snack is high in protein, low in carbs, and packed with fibre. You can eat the entire recipe for only 225 calories!
- 1 scoop BSN ISOBURN whey (chocolate milkshake)
- 1 tsp ground flax seed meal
- 1 TBSP All Natural Crunchy peanut butter
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in a bowl (add a little water if necessary; 1 tbsp at a time). Use a tablespoon to form 8 half-spheres (you can place them into mini silicone baking cups so they won't stick or you can place them on a plate covered in plastic wrap) and place in freezer for 2 hours before eating. Note they taste better when frozen.
