Part 2: Core and Plyometrics Workout (BOSU edition): 25s Work, 10s Rest, 8 exercises, 4 rounds
- BOSU Jumping Jack Planks
- BOSU Super Burpes
- BOSU Jumping Side Squats
- BOSU Side Plank Dips (Right)
- BOSU Twisting Pistons with Push-ups
- BOSU Side Plank Dips (Left)
- BOSU Burpee Jump Ups
Part 3: Anaerobic Finisher: 20s Work, 10s Rest, 4 minutes total
