The Workout Breakdown:

Workout 1: 3 trisets (~16 minutes): sandwich with Resisted Jumping Jacks

  1. X-band walk (resistance band)
  2. Plank alternating hip extension (loop band)
  3. Donkey Kickbacks R/L (resistance band)

Workout 2: 3 trisets (18 minutes): sandwich with Jump Rope

  1. Seated band hip abduction (loop bands & bench)
  2. Knee Extension R/L (resistance band)
  3. Swiss Ball Bridges/Hamstring Curls

Workout 3: 3 trisets (15 minutes): sandwich with TRX Squat Jump Medley

  1. Walking Lunges (dumbbells)
  2. Hip Thrusts (sandbag & bench)
  3. Deadlifts (sandbag)
