- Seated band hip abduction (loop bands & bench)
- Knee Extension R/L (resistance band)
- Swiss Ball Bridges/Hamstring Curls
Workout 3: 3 trisets (15 minutes): sandwich with TRX Squat Jump Medley
- Walking Lunges (dumbbells)
- Hip Thrusts (sandbag & bench)
