SS35: True HiiT Workout
Today's workout features:

Workout Breakdown:
In this workout, I use Sandbag Flips and Jump Rope (Power Jumps) to get anaerobic. For my active rest, I hold a plank. I repeat this for 20 minutes, and then cool down with an easy 5-minute jump rope session.
