Workout: It consists of 5 rounds of 8 exercises: 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest.

  1. Shoulder Press (resistance band)
  2. Jump Rope (power jumps)
  3. Plank Drags (glide discs)
  4. Burpee --> triceps push-up --> Punch & Squat (med ball)
  5. Med Ball Rolling Push-Ups
  6. Jumping Lunges
  7. Hamstring Ball Curls
  8. One-Arm KB Swings
