I filmed this workout on July 25, 2015 and it was my last filmed workout with my beloved flame point Siamese, Taz. He passed away in my arms on July 26, 2015. He was my best friend for 15 years. I will always feel blessed to have had Taz in my life. I can only hope that he knew how much I loved him. Nothing can replace my Tazzy pants.

The Workout Breakdown:

Workout: It's a HiiT (20 minutes), consisting of 4 rounds of 7 exercises.

30 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest

  1. Wall Sit with Biceps Curls
  2. Jump Rope
  3. Reptile Push-Ups
  4. Forward Plank Drags, Reverse Mountain Climbers (glide discs)
  5. Triceps Dips (bench, feet on Swiss ball)
  6. Breakdancer planks
  7. Burpee Push-ups
