The Workout Breakdown:

5-Minute Jump Rope Warm-Up

10-Minute Jump Rope True HiiT (alternate power jumping with resting)

10-Minute Incline Treadmill walking (gradually increase speed): incline 10 or 15

2-Minute Treadmill cool down (~incline 1)
