40 sec Work, 10 sec Rest, 6 exercises, 2 rounds

1. O =BS cw
2. O =BS ccw
3. i = Fwd BS ⇒ 1 PJ → Bwd BS
4. V = Fwd Straddle → 1 PJ in vertex → Fwd Straddle
5. M = AFS
6. U = X-foot cross
