Learn Power Jumps (Double Unders)

Learn Power Jumps (Double Unders)

In today's video, I teach you how to execute POWER JUMPS using Buddy Lee's techniques and my Dr. Sara Solomon Cross Speed Jump Rope by Buddy Lee Jump Ropes. Buddy Lee is an Olympian, one of the best jump ropers in the world, the creator of Buddy Lee Jump Ropes and he's my mentor!

As you will see, Steven J. Wong is longwinded, and I ended up doing nearly 60 consecutive Power Jumps. Holy Anaerobic Cowballs! I love it when I'm anaerobic because I burn more calories after I'm done exercising. I love burning extra calories because then I can eat more! lol!

Taz (my cat) also makes a cameo. But what's new, pussycat?

Please master the 12 low-impact jump rope techniques before attempting explosive power jumps, or else all the unicorns will die. If you are new to jump rope, fear not!
