On day 7, post a video of yourself lapping the sandbag and then standing up. Video yourself lapping the bag from the side view: this allows me to assess if you lift with your back muscles (big no) or your TVA (big yes). So make sure your lumbar spine doesn't extend. Once you are standing up, turn to face the camera to assess your shoulders. Are they even? or is one side hiking up? Engage your lats and TVA and watch this instantly improve!
