Tropical pineapple combined with creamy Greek nonfat yogurt is high in protein and low in fat. It will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth.
Mix the following by hand in a bowl:
- 1 cup of nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1scoop of BSN aminoX (Tropical Pineapple)
- optional: you may want to sweeten the yogurt with a zero calorie sweetener. I used Ideal.
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
Note: you can also arrange it like a trifle (as seen in the photo).

Another Cool Trick!
This is my favourite thing to do with BCAAs! I mix the BCAAs powder with water. Then I pour it into Popsicle molds to make sugar-free, negligible calorie post-workout recovery popsicles!
