Pineapple Protein Yogurt

Tropical pineapple combined with creamy Greek nonfat yogurt is high in protein and low in fat. It will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth.

Recipe:

Mix the following by hand in a bowl:

  • 1 cup of nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1scoop of BSN aminoX (Tropical Pineapple)
  • optional: you may want to sweeten the yogurt with a zero calorie sweetener. I used Ideal.
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks

Note: you can also arrange it like a trifle (as seen in the photo).

calories: 174, fat 0.1g, saturated fat 0g, sodium 197mgmg, carbohydrates 21g, fiber 1.2g, sugars 17.7g, protein 23.3g


Another Cool Trick!

This is my favourite thing to do with BCAAs! I mix the BCAAs powder with water. Then I pour it into Popsicle molds to make sugar-free, negligible calorie post-workout recovery popsicles!
