What is AMRAP? It stands for As Many Rounds As Possible. Today’s workout it a 20-minute AMRAP HIIT circuit, consisting of 6 exercises that will make your core BURN! Once you get through the 6 exercises (with no rest), repeat it all over again. Keep repeating it as many times as possible in 20 minutes. Keep it INTENSE!

Note that I only filmed 10 minutes. Make sure you continue for another 10 minutes!

Each Round Consists of These 6 Exercises:

  1. Deadlifts (I used two 25-lb KBs) x 10 reps
  2. Ab Wheel x 10 reps
  3. Squat Jumps x 15 reps
  4. Ball Hamstring Curls x 15 reps
  5. Squats (I used two 25-lb KBs) x 20 reps
  6. Swiss Ball Ass-Ups (20 reps)

  1. Just want to say you and your cat are hilarious. Cats don’t get it.

Awesome site, stoked your Canadian and I’m really happy to see a female updating a workout plan for people everyday. My fiancé religiously follows Greg Plitts workouts and you are definitely my female version of that.

I’ve started intermittent fasting a couple months ago and I haven’t noticed much in my body (I’m already lean with muscle definition) but I have been less bloated which was always a big problem. Because I’m lean, every time I eat or drink it sticks out like I’m pregnant until I digest!! So far the meal babies are just at night now I’m not sure how to avoid that!!
Also because we work in the morning my fiancé and I fast all day till dinner at 7 then go work out 830/9. Which is the meal baby time which makes my workouts a little sluggish even with pre workout and during. Any suggestions or should I just accept that’s how my body works?

Anyways either way I love your site,
Thanks for being you and doing what your doing!!

  8. Hi Sara,
You inspire me a lot. I got a copy of your Ebook and just started my fasting by skipping breakfast. I plan to do the fast every other day.
I can’t wait to follow your routines.

    Thanks so much!
